Job Purpose: direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Project Manager Job Duties:

  • leads the planning and implementation of project
  • facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • define project tasks and resource requirements
  • manage project budget
  • plan and schedule project timelines
  • track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • provide direction and support to project team
  • participates in quality assurance
  • constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • project evaluations and assessment of results

Skills/Qualifications: Excellent written verbal, and Computer skills.  Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers and demonstrate knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management as well as project management techniques and tools. Direct work experience in Miscellaneous and /or ornamental metal and construction management capacity. Minimum experience/background in project management and/or estimating of 5-7 years. Ability to read and interpret blue prints.
